Hello officer I'd like to report a theft, somebody has stolen my cannabis  happy002

I know that they are saying it was grown for pain relief but how much of it were they smoking to think that was a good idea.

As a general rule, when committing arson, it is never a good idea to set yourself on fire at the same time.  point:
