Title: Gizmos Nick should not be allowed to test under ANY circumstances
Post by: Grumpmeister on August 09, 2007, 10:39:47 AM
Seeing as the idea of having Nick as the official pub gadget tester is now stuck in my head I thought it would be a good idea to have a list of items that Nick isnt allowed anywhere near......ever.

Number 1: The head mounted gun.  eeek:

I have just had a small accident of an annoying kind. The late lawnmower was transported in my car to the local lawnmower repair shop who declared that they did not fix that sort. I proposed to Mrs Nick that since it is dead I should take it to the dump. She insisted on me proving that it did not work. I know it doesn't work. So I plugged it in to the kitchen poweropoint and switched it on to demonstrate its deadness. The bastard worked! Unfortunately it was still on the back seat of my car! cussing:

I could be mistaken Barman but is the torch in item number 2 just resting against the top of the Beretta as I cant see anyone being daft enough to mount it in between the sights  whistle:

And for number 4, I've gone back to 1950's America with an actual childs toy (No I'm not kidding, its a real kids atomic energy lab with radioactive samples  eeek:)

Ignoring Darwin for a moment I have worn a moustache for 39 years now.
Reason being that before I grew it people were forever saying "Are you trying to grow a moustache?" and I wasn't. It seemed easier to give in and grow one.
Another point that has to be made ...... I live in Wales ~ I AM NOT WELSH!
Work it out ~ If the cat has its kittens in the oven does that make them Cakes?

The petrol-powered $699 (£466) XM42 shoots streams of flaming fuel up to 25 feet (7.6 metres) and its creators claim this can be used to clear snow, eliminate weeds and kill insects. And despite the potential dangers of such a device, the technology is legal and free to use across most of the US

Kill insects? Just how big are the wasps over there?  rubschin:
