This offer seems to good to be true, although it does beg the question just how much profit per unit have Microsoft been making with each windows release.  rubschin:

It is interesting that my PC here seems to have become bogged-down recently with Windows updates and shite added to it....  rubschin:

Not working could cover anything up to and including forgetting to switch the bloody thing on at the wall.  whistle:

Does it switch on?
Does Windows start?
Do you get any error messages or the Blue Screen Of Death?

I dug out my old XP laptop yetsterday and hooked it up to the interweb. 124 Microsoft updates (318MB!) as well as newer AVG, Flash, Adobe etc.

Seems fine  :thumbsup:
