Not sure if they are cats but there is certainly something on Bodmin Moor, I saw one a while back and it certainly wasnt a dog, it was far too graceful when it moved.

They are quite graceful and a lot of them go like dogs.

Whilst I might well agree with the Poor Beagle aspect, nothing our Snoops has done gives me cause to consider him a shark. The very idea!!
