Title: Black Horse finance thieving bastards
Post by: GROWLER on January 03, 2013, 11:31:16 PM
Bought me van 3 + years ago through these shitesters.
Rang up to settle the balance and they haven't given me a single penny for early settlement. eeek:
Not their policy to do so now it seems. eeek:

My new vehicle will most definately NOT be being financed through them, scum bags. evil:

I had a letter from Tesco finance this week. I had a loan with them a few years ago.

" We don't think we offered you any information or choice about PPI . Can you confirm this is the case ? "  eeek:

If it was an agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act, then I believe they must give a rebate :-

Very interesting Maoneymondo, and thanx for that.

Is it any wonder we all hate these institutions so much ey? evil:
If they can see a miniscule opportunity to wring another penny out of you, they go for the jugular, BASTARDS! cussing:

The CCA is a horribly complex thing - do you have the original paperwork?

Yes.
What's that, it'll be buried deep deep in the tiny tiny miniscule small print....somewhere? Banghead

It should be prominent and on the first page - something like "This agreement is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974."

Well gobsmacked of London I am.
Received letter from them yesterday. Yes we agree Miss D we have completed our investigation and we did not make it clear to you when you took out the loan.
We will be repaying you a couple of thousand pounds plus 8 % simple interest, plus a payment for a rebate shortfall, plus interest on additional payments  eeek: eeek: eeek:

I will believe it when I actually see it in my bank account tho  rubschin:

Congratulations Miss D and Pastis, I'll have a very small VAT with you both if and when the ackers arrive in your accounts.   To be honest I am surprised there is any cash left for anyone to give anyone.  Shocked:

I am sure Miss D will not be squandering her windfall on hedonism, instead investing it wisely in turnip futures.

I feel I have missed out somewhere along the line by not taking out any loans.  noooo:
