Seems the wonderfully refreshing stuff is doing me in with OMPH and OMPT consequences

I am almost mortified

Same here and that Sainsbury's fiery stuff is brilliant on a hot day (and cheap)

But there's a definite correlation with my OMPH and OMPT events
