Title: Tats...
Post by: Barman on August 17, 2013, 08:37:13 AM
Went to the village for a meal last night... was quite good actually...

On the next table there were a couple of lezzers... English girls and tourists I would guess...

Both of them showing  lot of skin which was mostly covered in tats, butterflies and various patterns to display their individuality....

The one closest to me had something written down her forearm... I couldn't read it at first but eventually (without staring, squinting or embarrassing myself)... eventually I got a good look at it and it said (in Gothic Old English font) "Way you are".

WTF is that about...? Shrugs:

I could understand something like "Be the way you are" (being lezzers like) or "just be the way you are" or some other phrase that consisted of a coherent sentence....  noooo:

I also would have read them.

I See lots of tattoos at the swimming pool I use. But then again, it is Harlow, so no surprise.

Probably she's just a bit wrinkled and it was originally written for voyeurs like you.

It actually said "Go away you arse"

imho "way you are" is more interesting in an enigmatic way than "Be the way you are"  IF IF IF someone feels like they have to have a tattoo.   Some tats work, most don't - again imho

One of the girls at the bowling alley we go to has a lezzer tat.  Nice girl, good at her job but the tat of two stick women with a heart doesn't impress, well doesn't impress me.

I have to say tho I believe very much in each to their own ... From a personal point of view I don't like Tats on wimmin men fine no issue ...

Call me old fashioned but I hate to see wimmin with a lot of them... A small one is fine in a place that can be hidden if required...  It is the fashion now for girls but what are they going to look like in twenty years time when their skin is going and the colours are fading .... scared2: scared2:

My friend did wedding photography a few years ago and I went and helped some of the sights we saw  noooo: noooo:

Just a personal preference.... eeek:

Seriously, "Freedom of Choice" is not an answer as to why? You don't do things just because you can. There must be a reason.

Another thought:

If you're more likely to do something when drunk than sober then maybe it's not such a good idea after all. Not saying you had yours done under the influence but many do.

Seriously, "Freedom of Choice" is not an answer as to why? You don't do things just because you can. There must be a reason.

Another thought:

If you're more likely to do something when drunk than sober then maybe it's not such a good idea after all. Not saying you had yours done under the influence but many do.

100% honesty here - my sister (older by one year) had wanted to have a tattoo which she felt would help her remember her son who had been killed in a road accident a few years prior, but she didn't have the bottle to go along herself, so I said 'why not - let's go' and one Saturday morning off we toddled to the parlour..................
Actually felt a bit old myself to be doing something like this but felt good about helping her do something she wanted and I love it - BM hates it - but I have never regretted it  cloud9: So stone cold sober, no regrets and YES I'd do it again

However I do agree that many (probably) do take this type of decision under the influence and that's not wise as it definitely is something that is not going to disappear when you sober up   ;)
