The whole wind farm scam has been a huge sore point in Cornwall for years. There have been 2 important energy projects based down here and both of which had their government funding pulled. In the case of the 'Hot Rocks' geothermal project that was the death knell. There is a slim chance of them being able to restart as a private group are looking into it but so far it doesn't seem promising.  cussing:

I don't know how people who allow such things to be built on their land can bear to accept the ridiculous, subsidised, huge regular payments.  noooo:
