My mate George was in the same horsepickle having had a hip replacement yesterday. Spinal anaesthetic and then arm injection. He woke up in the op and heard sawing  Shocked:

He said, "Hello, I am awake."  eeek:

Anaesthetist leapt into action and gave him another shot in the arm  eeek: eeek: eeek:
