He has to write a character reference for me (long story). I had to go round and download the Word file pro-forma.

He managed to fill it in (with telephonic advice). He has no idea how to save the Word file or how to attach it to an e mail to send it back.

And he still can't Forward an e mail  Banghead Banghead Banghead Banghead

If it's a pro forma that he has to send back why don't you just fill it all in and read it to him so he knows what he has said ?

Seems like more of an excuse for some more alone time for you two  lol:
