OK, so the quack wants me to read my BP about 4 times a day and then average out the results over a month.

He also wants me to note what I have been doing in the period leading up to the BP test

What is absolutely consistent is that my BP is under my "target" after a bottle of collapso  :thumbsup:  rubschin:

He is going to be in a dilemma when I report this  eveilgrin:

Just take two readings and make up the rest include some false stories like this was when you were disarming a bomb, this was when you were bonking the doctors wife etc

Make up stories? A normal day for Nick would provide enough chaos, drama and destruction to bugger up his readings anyway..  rubschin:
