SO you roll out the pastry, Nod,  and fit it neatly over the pie dish to create a nice seal

Believe it or not a larger knife would have actually been safer if he had been doing the claw technique properly  rubschin:

You may recall that at his last lesson, Nod asked me "Who makes Christmas trees?"

Yesterday, he asked if it was possible to store the tree somewhere so it could be reused next year..... facepalm:
