Have a number to call in the morning. 111 alternative advice was to get a self repair kit from a pharmacist. THis involves a FILE to get off the sharp edges  scared2: sad32:

Dentist said they might be able to see me in September!!  Told me to fix it myself!!

What can possibly go wrong?
