Title: Incompetent Administrators

The clinical trial I am on is blessed with highly qualified and nice doctors and nurses BUT the admin team are utterly incompetent and appear to have been dragged of the street and told to make it up as they go along!

Latest nonsense is ANOTHER request to change tomorrow's appointment (offer declined) as the doctor "will have an emergency to deal with". What a fvcking obvious lie!  I asked how they could know about an emergency in advance! Silence on the phone!

The paperwork is a farce, the app does not work properly, they constantly lost my details.

I am going to London tomorrow braced for a fight  eveilgrin:

Depending on what the doctor's other duties are it could be they know about something in advance such as having to cover for a colleague that is ill, granted I wouldn't call that an emergency but it's still possible.  rubschin:
