Title: It's Too Busy!
Post by: Mozo on October 30, 2007, 12:00:10 PM: Posting here is fun, but it's not a site for the sight impaired. The "toyshop" is too distracting and all the options distracting.

Too much detail and fine print in blue typeface.

I find it hard work and half the time, have no idea how to get started.

You keep on about it but to be honest I can’t see a lot of difference between this site and others on the ‘tinterweb. noooo:

If anything, the lack of adverts popping-up all over the place is less distracting and gives each post more space on the screen…

To be fair to Moz, we do have more buttons than "other" sites. For instance it isn't just reply or quote, there is send topic etc. there are more smilies, more choices for formating.

The post/preview buttons, and others are switched around - and it's not quite so easy to move to the next page - there's no next button, you have to press the tiny little number for the next page.

If you're sight impaired (or should that be site impaired?), then I can imagine that this adds a certain degree of confusion - and, if you're verging on Alzheimers too, well, you're probably beyond help or any changes that could be made here!
