Title: Thanks for the saxophone! Worth anything at auction?

SIL came for a visit today and brought a saxophone which was no longer "required". Banghead

Very nice instrument - assuming you like listening to sound effects of the mating calls of rare, even endangered, mammals. cussing:

Maybe I could take it to the Antiques Roadshow. Just saw some chap get a £14 junk shop pot valued at £48K! ANd a vase what he bought for a £1000 (much to his wife's disgust) valued at £25K.

His Mrs and MIL looked gobsmacked (esp as the £14 pot was a present from his MIL! point:)
