If it turns out that he was jailed for something he didn't do the I hope he does sue. I certainly would.

Indeed, being a bit of a nutter with a gun obsession isn't a crime in itself, just a good steer for the rozzers.

A bit like having dusky skin, a hoodie or a rucksack really.
