In 2006 he was "defending" underage sex
In 2007 he is under investigation for misuse of a police computer (The accusations relate to the sending of "inappropriate emails to a female .... age unspecified) and financial irregularities (His expense claims don't seem to add up)

I don't know why I find that funny or even unusual but funny it certainly is.
