Found the recipe in the Antique 1992 mag at the docs and had a bash.

 rubschin: Never tried Baked Onions ~ tho' we do use them in mixed roast vegetables. Is there much difference?

Recipe please ~ let us judge the thing properly.

Apey loves it when I roast a chicken with a whole peeled onioin inside it, take out the onion and serve it as a side veg. It's lovely actually.
