Title: Policeman give Thumbs Up to speed cameras

As he legitimately raced to emergency calls this idiot takes both hands off the wheel to give a double thumbs up to his mates in the control room. Not once but twice in the same shift

BUT the best is yet to come

He employs a brief called Tom Nutter to defend him. happy001
