That's reminded me that I saw a couple of pieces on TV recently about reflexology.

The principle of Reflexology is that the body is reflected in the feet and/or hands and can be accessed by the therapist to encourage healing.  The therapists' hands are used as a tool to induce the body's natural healing powers and in doing so can relieve a great deal of tension and congestion carried in our body everyday.  This healing energy helps to unblock and re-align our body's natural balance

Massage fine but saying that rubbing certain part of the feet can cause healing because they are "connected" to a particular organ is definite 'mumbo-jumbo in my book.

Using that sort of reasoning getting a corn or a verrucae could seriously affect your spleen or liver for example.  ::)

If you want a no holds barred review of games TG I'd recommend looking up a guy called Zero Punctuation. If you are going to listen to his reviews at work though either make sure the office is deserted or wear headphones - he doesnt follow the normal kiss arse trend and pulls no punches when it comes to games or parts of games he doesnt like.

I'm in 2 minds on that as I've used Shiatsu techniques, both on myself and on friends which have had an effect.

Had a blinding headache one day that wouldnt shift no matter what I tried taking for it. Another student nurse in my cohort grabbed my hand, pressed on a nerve point and my headache was gone in minutes.
