Title: Dot v. Olga
Post by: Bar Room Bore on May 22, 2007, 02:03:50 PM
It's decision time. Dot is not keen on my new assertive and sparkling persona and has gone to stay with her mother. Olga seems interested in coming to my bungalow for a visit. Any thoughts on how I should welcome her? Trad English (pies, beer) or Russian stuff (fish eggs, vodka)?

I want to make her feel at home, but this may become her home. Perplexed of Broadstairs

DOT is back, she has had a "makeover". The transformation is quite startling. She has put Olga's belongings in a bin liner

1) On the phone
2) Typing here
3) Looking up pricing
4) Planning schedule for tomorrow
5) Writting text to arrange tonight
6) Contemplating shirt/tie combo for Mr Wench for tomorrow
7) Trying to do all the above with some semblance of competence.

IT ISN'T EASY.

Colleague across the office, male, can't even manage to talk on the phone and look up pricing at the same time.  ::)

Nick, we only say that when it isn't something we want to do.

That will be after September. We are now in the last half term of the Summer term. From here on in things become hectic. Not at work you understand but life in general.

What on earth does that have to do with
1) multi-tasking
2) weddings
3) Nick's desire to dress in womens clothes?

Pardon my presumption, but I suspect BF is very much aware of the difference between being 'grown' and 'blown'.

I can also make a good guess at which he would prefer. redface:

Following her makeover and her brief meeting with Olga, Dot has just told me that she wants to "experiment" with being a lesbian.

She has gone off in a huff, and a taxi, I know not where, and left me with a pile of washing and cleaning.

Please help or advise.........

Make a clean break of it ~ Take a week off and do all the washing, ironing and cleaning. You'll feel much better.

Please help or advise.........

1) separate whites

2) leave cleaning cf. Quentin Crisp and dust

3) call Dot on mobile and get her to bring 'experiment' home  eyes:
