yes we have been following this with much interest.

I've belleved for a long time now that we've lost so many secrets throughout history. From why Stonehenge was built to how the pyramids and the ancient aztec temples were so precisely engineered. So like Nick this kind of program fascinates me as well.
Speaking of Nick, I heard on the news today that the Cern Particle Accelerator was having an open day and my initial reaction was 'FOR GODS SAKE DON'T LET CAPTAIN CALAMITY ANYWHERE NEAR IT!!!' whistle:
yes I know it was off topic but I couldnt resist the comment
-
Is that the one that could malfunction and might make the universe turn inside out or whatever?
-
That's the one Nick, hence my obvious concern that you not be let within at least a country's border of that place. scared2:
High energy particle physics + Captain Calamity's destructo rays could cause the end of civilisation as we know it. scared:

Is that the one that could malfunction and might make the universe turn inside out or whatever?
Vanish up its own arse so to speak?

But did you actually start it?
Perhaps you folded time around it and read the last page before the first was written, Eh? Eh? rubschin:

Isn't the wireless doing some kind of Big Bang week next week? The CERN thingy
I like a Big Bang
-
Yes indeed. The Large Hadron Collider is set to fire up next Wednesday. Why the BBc is doing a 'special' is beyond me as it will be something of an anticlimax. Proper research isn't due to start until mid October.
-
We shall all be sucked into a black hole by Thursday.
Not a minute too soon in my case.
-
Is Olga back then?
-
Is Olga black then?
I don't think so. rubschin:

Is that why you have a tendency to put inppropriate things in the microwave Nick? point:
-
I like experiments. I melted some plastic in ours a few days back

There is a show on sky that may appeal to you call ed Braniac. Something tells me that you could fit in with that bunch quite easily. whistle:
-
I don't have a TV amd we never had Sky anyhow shrugs:
-
Prolly just as well. I dread to think what you would get up to after watching that show scared2:

These people would be ideal for you though, they volunteer to be exposed to the kind of daft dangerous happenings that are a daily even on planet Nick.
-
Does going to the front door to get the post and stepping on The Boy's skateboard count? evil:
-
If you can come up with a scientific reason to do it to them then yes. whistle:
