I've received a new viewing card from Top Up TV. Why I don't know because their explanation went like this:
Why a new viewing card? Well, the boffins here did explain but it's a bit techy. All we know is it's really important to swap your old one for the new one
Condescending bastards cussing:

It does rather seem to assume that all its customers are a bit on the dim side.
TBH I had to Google to find out what Top Up TV is redface: Never heard of it before.

I checked the downloads this morning, nothing different rubschin:

What IS "Top up TV"?
-
It seems to be an "additional" service from Freeview where you can pay to "Top-up" the number of channels received and through that medium "enhance" your viewing by accessing more channels via your Freeview box..

It is like mini sky.

Non-stop Eastenders and World Pie-eating contest sort of programmes?
-
There have been a couple of shows on the top up anytime channels I was tempted by, but I'm not forking out for the service just so I can get the next season of ReGenesis. I'll wait till the DVD comes out.

Can't stand ReGenesis (sorry!)
There's a fair amount of dross on Top Up TV but there is enough of interest to justify the £9.99 monthly subscription. The children still watch the cartoons although they're probably getting to an age where that will tail off. I like TCM, Turner Classic Films (read as 'old') and some comedy and factual programmes.

I have to admit TCM is probably the one big temptation out of the whole thing. The 8am horror film on top up anytime just seems completely surreal though. Who wants to wake up and immediately watch 'Bride of Chucky' eeek:

If you are going to make those eyes at it then I'm just going to edge away so I'm closer to the doow... scared2:
