just put the plans in with the council, that will be £298 fee please eeek:, along with the £180 we paid the architect for the plans and the 90p it cost me to park at the town hall
my new kitchen has so far cost me £478.90

Just had a letter from the council telling me that once they have completed the first inspection a further fee will be payable !!!! of..£245 !!!!!!

3 months on and we finally get planning permission and the go ahead. We now have a builder who is going to give us a date of commencement this weekend. Its going to be a nightmare I tell ya !!! A NIGHTMARE !!!!

True. When we had our kitchen done the fitters flooded the entire ground floor of the house.
