Title: How much further is this stupidity going to be taken?

Apparently sniffer dogs, used to detect explosives and drugs, are to be fitted with Rubber Boots when taken into Muslim homes, mosques etc to avoid causing offence, because some muslims believe that dogs are unclean.

Personally I find the manufacture and setting off of bombs upsetting.

I caught the item on the BBC news at 2 o'clock but there was nothing on their website. I Googled for a link and that was the only one that came up at the time.

Pretty esoteric though innit.
