Drugs, artificial insemination, or a straight forward knee trembler ~ makes no difference. If you are going to end up in the club you will, if you are not destined to get pregnant then you won't. Well ~ I'm glad that's been cleared up.

When there is no known cause for infertility then yes, doing nothing will be as good as any treatment. Of course if there is an underlying problem then drugs or other fertility treatment can make a difference.
