If your TV isn't in a box that is.

Fresh and Donar are not words that I usually put together. sick2:
-
"Cripes!"
"Stone the Crows!"
"Seriously posh, I say!"
Very entertaining, uncommonly giggleworthy, and quite touching in parts. I'm qoing to send the iPlayer link to Nick when it becomes available.
Mad as a box of Frogs (quite literally), as much a mongrel as the rest of us and quite endearing. happy088

I must say I enjoyed it. The history is interesting but with a character like him it does go some way toward explaining why he is what he is rather than just who he is ~ if that makes sense
-
Yes, it does. But then I watched it too ;)
I've just remembered the bit when he was talking about being an Alsatian lol: lol:
"From Alsace, you understand. Not a family a dogs, crikey!"
-
I shall look forward to this.
Donna was very pleased with me cloud9: and gave my leg a good rub cloud9:
She wants to see me again in 10 days"just to check me over" eyes:

Donna?

Dunno

Best not to ask ~ I did once and got the reply "Everything".
Foolishly I pressed on and asked what "Everything" meant.
"Everything you say and everything you do" was the answer.
As the old NotW reporters used to say "At that point I made my excuses and left".

SHe has just informed me that she has invited the Californian Breast Feeding Therapist and family for dinner tonight and that I should cook something.Had I sprung the same piece of news on her I would now have no head rubschin:
-
Spag Bol ~ takes 30 minutes tops and everyone eats it.
-
Messy though. They could be wearing white T shirts
-
Cottage Pie ~ same prep, just add spuds to top of bol and forget the spag.
-
I shall have to clear The Boy's scalextric track out of the dining room first evil:
-
Revert to Spag Bol and sit around on cushions.
-
I have disocvered how to add a poll to an existing thread! ;)

Indeed. Very apt. Nick's version of Abigail's Party ;) Leonard Cohen in lieu of Demis Roussos

Anyone see Suchet last night? Fascinating. Explains why he plays Poirot so well... rubschin:
Sorry... on topic

Yes I did, Yes it was and Yes it does. ;D

I think that's a Yes then, lol:
So moving to see him meet the descendant of the chap who saved his ancestor from the shipwreck... sad24:
In fact, to see him so emotionally controlled was impressive and caused more emotion in the audience, at least here. Whereas Rantzen's display previously was predictably embarrassing. IMHO, of course.
-
I had the feeling that Ranzen's bit had been filmed several times until she was happy with her "performance".
The best of the current series has been Boris.
Ainsley's last week was OK too but a bit predictable. You can hardly be black, have parents who come from the West Indies and then be surprised to find that some ancestors had been slaves. Mind you he was taken aback to discover at least one ancestor had been white. Made him rethink the chip that he was planning to carry home on his shoulder I thought.
