I cannot be arsed to mention all that the Goverment have "promised" to do in an attempt to solve the country's economic woes, caused mainly by the profligate Gordon Brown, but I will say that the measures announced today, of which the majority seem only to apply to England, leaving Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to cope as best they can, are too little, too late and are clearly an attempt to hang onto power at the next election. You cannot fool all of the people Mr Brown.

So will the axed stamp duty not count in Wales then?
Also how does one get hold of this "free" deposit loan?
-
Details are to follow in the Autimn Statement. More promises of future announcements usually means they haven't actually worked out the details yet.

Trying to spend our money to support inflated house prices is idiocy. They should look to the tax burden and reduce that and stop squandering tax on half witted schemes

I readf a description of Mr and Mrs Balls earlier which struck me as true. "Ambition clothed in skin"
