I have a recipe for Pumpkin and Ginger Soup ~ I use it every year when hollowing out a pumpkin for the kids to carve a face in. We freeze the soup and reheat it on Bonfire night.

Went to a Bonfire night thing... Pie 'n mushy peas followed by Parkin (?) and brandy around a big log fire... oh and sparklers too... €10 each...  whistle:
