The government has outlined plans to boost the digital and communications industries, which contribute more than £50bn a year to the UK economy.
In it the government commits to ensuring all UK homes have access to 2Mbps broadband by 2012.
In a statement to Parliament, the Culture Secretary Andy Burnham said Britain "led the world in content creation".

Leave the poxy thing alone - if you get involved you'll fuck the whole thing up like everything else you touch!
Don't have anything to do with it - instead, reduce taxes on businesses and the public and let them sort it all out. I guarantee it will develop faster and be more stable than if you get involved.
