Right. Whilst wandering round Sainsburys the other day I found a pack of diced lamb that had been marked down to a bargain price. About 330g.
I also have a litre or so of lamb stock made by my goodself the last time we had a lamb joint.
All are now frozen.
WTF do I do with them? I have Googled it a bit but can find nothing realistic, just Jamie Oliver pretentious crap usually involving apricots or similar or kebab stuff.
Recipes for this and other bargain cuts of flesh would be apprecited by the board pauper. cloud9:

Lamb
Butter Beans
Tomatoes (canned/chopped)
Stock
Onion
Potatoes
Carrots (if you can afford them)
Cook for about 3 hours on v.low

Our oven is about 12 inches from the ground ~ is that low enough?
