Sugar wants a seat in the Lords so badly he will do anything to get it.

Brown wants to be seen to do something, anything, that will make him popular and will forgive anyone, anything, for the time being..... Look at Lord Rhumba of Rio

Sugar gets what he wants

Brown thinks that Sugar's popularity on TV and his millions made in business will somehow convert to a vote winning position for NuLabour. It will not.
