Post by: Miss Demeanour on July 05, 2009, 04:53:59 PM: I am just watching the end of the tennis .....as well as the usual comparisons of this that and the other, the banal commentary and the desperate attempts at humour and angst they have just used one of my most disgusterously disliked expressions... evil:

" When the going get tough the tough get going" - apart from reminding me of that awful Billy Ocean song it is a feckin stupid expression . It means nowt and is pointless
