Title: Tool names

Not being very adept at anything practical I sometimes find I have to buy something without knowing what it is called  redface:

I need two of those thingies you use to remove car radios from their sort of hole thingy in the bit inside the car windscreen, sort of to the left of the steering wheel. WHat are they called?
