Anybody use these guys? (http://www.cdwow.com/)

I've been buying stuff from the for years, Cds DVDs, etc.

Service has been good - prices are okay.

However, it isn't really until things go wrong that you get the real measure of a company...

For some reason LL's burfday present that I ordered from them got lost in the post...

I contacted customer service and they have been absolutely superb - new product sent, constant communications, no need to call Gupta on a premium rate number. 10/10.

I've used them for a few years BM. Great service, the only blip was when I pre-ordered a CD that was due for release three weeks later. Instead of getting it on the day of release, I got it ten days later

To be honest, I've never had any problems with any that do Cd's, DVD's etc, such as Play.com, HMV, Amazon, Tesco Jersey, Asda
