Post by: tel on April 13, 2010, 02:36:48 PM
Well that's it then.

Web-site is now live, some tweaking still to be done
Business cards designed, printed and delivered

Met a guy yesterday (at a bus stop naturally) who does flyers at v reasonably prices.

Just need some work/customers now.

I've just asked Virgin for a wireless router.

They said I can have one for free if I upgrade to 20Mb broadband.

It will cost me ?2 a month less!

I think I'm the only person in this road that has Virgin, so I get a pretty good service anyway.

None of this contention crap with BT lines.

Unfortunately Virgin is only available if Cable TV is piped to your area. That, like gas, is not the case in this village.

I was expecting to have to argue and maybe a bit of a rant.

Anti-climax really.
