Extraordinary events tonight folks. Sheer class  lol: lol: lol:

Do you remember the fruitcake large Polish woman of which I have spoken about before ( the ones that puts on basques and suspenders in the changing rooms.... does a workout then eats a whole pack of 6 scones in the changing rooms ...the one that wears a humungous flower in her hair when in the gym....lots of glitter etc ...yep that's her )

Well anyways....big ructions tonight. She was sitting on the power plate on high intensity for over half an hour to her obvious delight   whistle:

Someone must have complained and then a couple of the staff came to have a quiet word with her and tell her she needs to use other equipment ( there is only the 1 Power Plate) .

OMG did she kick off   whistle: Cussing and swearing ...the no neck body building boys had to come out and help the staff physically tear her off the machine . She was holding on for dear life and cussing and swearing all sorts of Polish obscenities and then was 'escorted' off the premises

Absolutely stonking entertainment  happy088
