Once upon a time there was a kingdom and for many years it was ruled by two powerful kings.
'But they wouldn't have been in power without a third man. They called him the Prince of Darkness,' adding with a smirk: 'Don't know why.'
He concluded: 'This fairytale wouldn't have a happy ending. But that's for next time.'

Probably a stupid question but if this is true then why the hell did you give him the premiership, surely this would come under gross negligence? Banghead
TONY Blair feared for Gordon Brown’s sanity during their years of feuding, according to the memoirs of Lord Mandelson published today.
The former Prime Minister thought his Chancellor was “mad, bad, dangerous and beyond redemption”, the Labour peer recalls.
But Mr Blair also welched on a deal to hand over the premiership in 2003, the book reveals.
The inside account was being seen last night as confirmation that fears that Mr Brown was seriously unhinged went to the top.
Lord Mandelson claims that Mr Blair also likened Mr Brown to a “brutal” Mafia boss and said he was “flawed, lacking perspective and having a paranoia about him.”

If you think a few flaws like that would stop the party from "electing" a leader then you are more naive than I thought.
-
Not really, just thinking that as the bliars government pushed us into a litigation happy society it would be nice to see it turned against him.

"Teflon Tony" ~ no way

Wot? ;)
TBH there's not going to be any great revelations, just confirmation of what we knew or suspected all along.
What pisses me off is all the political commentators say we always knew this but couldn't print it.

It is where a dysfunctional clique took the United Kingdom into an illegal war, dismantled border controls, encouraged unprecedented immigration, debased educational standards, attacked the independence of our best schools and universities, botched devolution, eroded British sovereignty, pumped up a consumer debt bubble, ran our private pension system into the ground, messed up financial regulation and wrecked the country's balance sheet.
New Labour summed up in one paragraph.
