Title: Those lightbox thingies

It was grey and damp here yesterday and I felt like shite. Today is brighter and I feel better.Had a shite winter and felt better in Lanzartotty.  Is that about sunlight? If so, do those sunshine box things werk? I might get one. Or is it like homoeopathy?  rubschin:

Treat yourself to a spa weekend, use their light box and see how it makes you feel.

They work go get one but don't stick it in the spare room and not use it.
