Found it a shame that when I was working you had to avoid making such remarks - except where you knew you were on very safe ground.
If it's common knowledge that someone is trying, then I always thought that it helped them if the comments were favourable - not the nudge, nudge, wink, wink ones.

Curiously my "Bad" cholesterol level has dropped dramatically since I came off the high dosage.
