Post by: GROWLER on August 02, 2010, 07:00:15 PM
Dunno what's up with me tbh. Just feel generally 'orrible.
Went up 'me 'ill' this avvy as i felt knackered, as excercise is usually good for unknackering yerself, generally speaking like, but today I had to keep stopping as my legs were like jelly and I was too puffed out too quickly too like.
Upset me a bit it did, as i like to give it the biffters going up there and have targets to attain, but I really just couldn't today. I am most displeased with meself evil:

Me grub doesn't seem to be digesting properly either. I can feel it in me belly all sort of heavy like.

Wasup with me ey?
I generraly speaking don't do ill. noooo:

I know you may be resistant to the idea but I'd advise you go for a thorough check up at the quack's for starters  happy100

Growler, dear bear, you know your own body and the limitations it puts in your way sometimes. If this seems out of your norm, which by your indication it would seem to be the case, then you may need  to seek help.

It may be nothing but please just get yourself checked out eh ...pretty please

I was about to post exactly the same. (except the "pretty please")

I know when it's just "normal" aches and pains or something that needs investigation. So do you Growler, It sounds like you do need to visit a doctor.

OK some tonicy stuff don't do it all at once but if you are determined not to go and see a GP they may help.

1. Digestion problems juice carrots celery and ginger.

2.  Fast for one day but drink plenty of water.  This will give your digestive tract some r an r.

3. Cut out dairy for a few days.

4.  Cut out gluten for a few days preferably at least a week for 3 and 4.

Hope something works, oh and take it easy on yourself you are allowed to be run down and knackered.  Sometimes yer body won't do quite what you want it to do.  It's called general wear and tear.

Good luck.

I'm not moaning, just looking for some advice if that's ok with you like, not that I'm really bothered if it is or not like. ::)

Feel loads better today.
Wonderin' if me gut ache is due to the rather large quantities of coffee I've been consuming lately? rubschin:

Regular tea, too regular coffee, not enough no cuddles off anyone. cry:

Any'ow.
More self assessment up 'me 'ill'  cloud9: tonight, and apart from some dodgy neagative wiring in me 'ed, I've come to the conclusion that me left leg is actually goosed. ::)
I WILL have to go and see the specialist the tit that earns an absolute  fortune for dishing out either bad news or no news/developments and bollock all else over this matter, to ask him if he can authorise some sort of treatment on it, cus jompin' up 'me 'ill'  cloud9: isn't werkin'. I'm gettin' slower, and that is makin' me bad tempered. cussing:

If he can't 'elp, I'm going to ask for it to be chopped off and a bionic one put in its place.
