Title: Highlighters

What's that about then?

Chap on the train this morning going through a document highlighting various passages. Ended up with about half of it marked.

I've never highlighted but surely the reason is to pick out specific points, not to just cover the text in a pretty colour.

Probably Growlers solicitor removing the expletives from his letter to the Chief Constable.
