Pot au citron set with blackberries, served with thyme shortbread £4.95
Chocolate brownie with raspberry compote and Callestick Farm dairy vanilla ice-cream £5.15
Cookies and 'milk' – chocolate chip cookies and vanilla pannacotta £3.95
Pavlova with passion fruit, cream and chilli-spiked mangos £5.95
Sticky toffee pudding with Callestick Farm dairy vanilla ice-cream £5.45
Plum crumble with granola topping, served with cream or custard £4.95

OK ...40 minutes later to 'customer services' for East Midlands trains I think we have finally reached an agreement for a full refund of the tickets. Their webiste says all nice and fluffy that tickets are refundable if train has been cancelled or can use tickets in the next 7 days.
So ring em up and confirm our train timetable had been revised and our train cancelled ...." Sorry madam , your advance purchase tickets are non refunadable "

Bindy bint then goes off for 15 mins eeek: and comes back and says have I already collected tickets . "Well yes, they were booked weeks ago " I calmly said.
"Ok then she reluctantly agrees ...we will give you a refund but you have to send the tickets to Edinburgh and when they have received these they will organise a refund. Should take between 14 - 21 days eeek:
"Why does it take this long to refund onto a card" I ask ......it's the additional administrative processes I an informed.

" But you are not running the train I purchased the tickets for and I am unable to use the tickets in the next few days " I offered up
Bindy bint then goes off for 15 mins eeek: and comes back and says have I already collected tickets .
