Title: Does size matter?
Post by: tel on December 23, 2010, 11:53:17 AM
I've noticed this year that the majority of our cards are quite small.

Is this due to the change in postal charges?

No ....

We too have noticed that cards are smaller this year but as long as the large ones do not exceed Royal Mail "preferred size" they all cost the same to post.
Length: 240mm max Width: 165mm max Thickness: 5mm max Weight: 100g max

We figure it is the fashion to send smaller cards this year.

When they changed the pricing to size based I ended up paying for the birthday card from my dad when it was delivered!

I had the same with a fathers day card from my daughter. She offered to pay the excess.  cloud9:

But what's that in London Buses or Football Pitches?
How many would fit in an area the size of the Isle of Wight?
Vital information is missing here.... Scientists? Pah!
