So do I have to take my hat back or not?
Oh No noooo:
The chaps will all be wearing virtual morning (mourning?) suits and top hats on the day.
Laydees must be wearing suitable (ie hooooge) virtual hats and pastel coloured frocks that show too much flesh.
AND
We all have to whisper "Who is THAT?" and "WHAT does she think she looks like?" and similar wedding stylee things.
See ~ I know how to behave at weddings angel1

I see Mr Wench is seeking advice on Yahoo Answers whistle:
Ideas to make a machine shed an ideal setting for a wedding reception?
Hi,
We are holding our wedding in a machine shed (not a wood barn, and not an open-air shed). We are trying to brainstorm ideas to light, drape, and decorate the place so that it is beautiful and suitable to the wedding band and about 400 guests. We have taken the advice provided on previous posts, and we plan to use draping to cover up some junk and make the space a little more aesthetically-pleasing. But I am wondering: what is the best way to light the place so that the aluminum walls don't absorb all the light? Is draping enough to account for the acoustic problems of a live band, or should we also be using some sort of strategically-installed acoustical padding (the floor is concrete, the walls are made of corrugated aluminum, the structure is A-frame)? Does anyone have creative ideas for maximizing the natural light available through the front door, and getting it as far into the shed as possible? We would very much appreciate any general advice that takes into account a fairly tight budget and non-professional planning! Thank you so much!
