Title: Bloody attachments

I've just opened an email I need to look at which contains an attachment that I need to work on. Simples, eh? Download it.

Oh noes, here comes the attachment along with its mates, the company logo, the award for good practice, the BS kitemark or summat, the drawing that's incomplete, the right drawing in the wrong format, more logos, some elf 'n' safety rubbish, on and on.
Most of these are duplicated because the email has been going backwards and forwards within the other company before some bright spark took the trouble to send me the bit I needed  surrender:

These bits of bugerybollox (attachments) are now hiding all over my desktop  cussing:

I have two monitors so I can open email on one monitor, open the folder I want on the other monitor, and then click and drag it from one monitor to the other...

Once you work with two screens, you can never go back to one...I am lost on my laptop...
