Nick has just texted to say he is in A&E
Apparently he tripped over his own feet, his ribs hurt and the Jewish Lady Vicar had to drive him to hospital.
More when I know more.

ANother disastrous day in Nickworld noooo:
Went to the station to meet the Jewish Lady VIcar and managed to fall over my own feet, went headlong on the pavement, smashed my ribs into a kerbstone as I rolled into the path of an oncoming bus. Two cracked ribs sad24: A skinned knee and a skinned hand noooo:
JLV had to drive me to hospital where I spent 2 hours being patched up and X rayed. We then went fur lunch during which her daughter phoned (she lives in SE London) and then her son (CLapham) to ask if yhey could stay at her place in Wimbledon for a couple of days. SO I took her back to the station so she could head sarf.
Nottingham centre is pretty much closed, there are cops everywhere and I am informed that Primark has been looted. Have these looters no standards? They could at least have looted M&S noooo:

My BiL once broke two ribs in Hong Kong .... falling off a bed in which he had been entertaining a Chinese tart.

The doc warned me that the pain gets progressively worserer for the first week as the bones try to find a way to knit. He wasn't wrong sad24: sad24: sad24: sad24: sad24:
