I have been working on two bids for work today. What they both want is dead straightforward, though they don't know that 

Trouble is, one is an outfit that is for effnic minorities, the other represents all kind of vested interests, largely from a Trades Union perspective.

Both jobs are a piece of piss, but potentially quite lucrative. It is quite clear that we have to frame both bids within an absurd amount of shite about equality and diversity (the dreaded E&D) and my colleagues are combing through the documents for ANY words or phrases that might POSSIBLY cause offence to the professionally outraged.

It's driving me nuts
