Customer complaints
« on: December 12, 2011, 05:50:00 PM »
I ordered something on line for delivery ( not via Amazon linky thing  either  whistle: ) .

Anyways got confirmation email was on way etc. Then nothing. Left it as thought a few days late is to be expected at this time of year. Then this weekend got a customer satisfaction survey thing through .

MMMmmmm I thought so I checked the tracking details for the delivery company ( not Royal Mail) . Oh it was delivered a couple of days ago the information tells me  whacky115

No cards have been left , checked with The Brat to see if she had taken anything in and not told me ...nope ...checked in back garden in case they had thrown it in there...nope  noooo:

So go back to the company and say it has actually not been delivered , no one has signed for it , no contact cards have been left etc.

Email back ....saying they will look into it.

Then today get a follow up email. Can I please go and get a sworn affidavit to confirm the facts that I have stated and send it to them as soon as possible  eeek:

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
